Rates and Payment

We accept payments to prior to each term of tutoring. A “term” is defined as a period of at least one month. It’s recommended for most students to have 2 or 3 sessions per week, but we’re happy to do once per week in certain cases. When you sign up for tutoring with us, you will receive excellent service and correspondence, clear communication, flexibility, and professionalism. In the process of signing up for lessons, you will be given a Terms of Service Agreement that details our guarantees to you, as well as our policies around things like rescheduling and cancellations.

We also encourage clients to sign up for longer periods of time! This helps our tutors in arranging their schedules, and it also allows our clients time to see the language learning process take root. Here are the rates for registering for different periods of tutoring:

-$60/hour for 1 month of classes

-$55/hour for 3 months of classes

-$50/hour for 6 months or more

*Note that these rates apply whether you take 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week. A client booking more than 4 sessions per week may be discounted on a case-by-case basis, for a rate no lower than $50/hour. If you reserve two months of classes, your rate will be $60/hour. If you reserve four or five months, your rate will be $55.
